At Pacific Performance Engineering, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Give your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
